By 1980, my father Sudki Abdullah had fallen in love with food. Serving it, specifically. He loved feeding people. Below you’ll see an old picture of him making his absolute favorite food to cook. Lamb/Beef Kebobs.
My dad was not just a father to me and my 4 siblings, he was also a father to the young cooks that started in his kitchen 25 years ago. Those cooks still work with us today. Safe to assume there’s a TON of love going into this dish.
